DON AGOLD

Don Agold brings a lifetime of service, leadership, and technical expertise to his role as Sales Manager at On Target Shooting Outfitters. His professional journey began with the United States Coast Guard, where he developed a strong foundation in discipline, operations, and maritime service. Following his enlistment, Don pursued higher education at Texas A&M University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering—a testament to his analytical mindset and commitment to excellence.

Driven by a continued desire to serve, Don accepted a commission in the United States Navy, where he proudly dedicated 20 years to military service. Throughout his naval career, he held various leadership positions, contributing to critical missions and the advancement of national defense before retiring with distinction.

After his retirement from the Navy, Don transitioned into the U.S. Merchant Marine, embarking on a second distinguished career that spanned over two decades. He concluded his maritime service as the commanding officer of the USNS RED CLOUD, where he was responsible for managing complex logistical operations and leading diverse crews across global waters.

Since joining On Target in 2016, Don has brought not only a wealth of experience but also a strategic, mission-focused approach to customer service and team development. His background in engineering, military operations, and maritime command makes him uniquely equipped to support our customers with both technical insight and real-world expertise.

Don remains deeply committed to the values of duty, precision, and integrity, and is proud to serve the East Texas community with the same passion that has defined his career from day one.
