Vince Walker is a respected and experienced independent firearms instructor, specializing in Texas License to Carry (LTC) and gun safety education. Teaching out of the classroom at On Target Shooting Outfitters, Vince leads monthly training sessions designed for individuals of all experience levels—whether you're a first-time gun owner or a seasoned shooter looking to stay current with state laws and best practices.
